In these Terms, the Service means Xylo, its site pages, portrait-retouch tools, privacy-cover tools, local saved-take flow, optional diamond purchases, and support processes made available through the app.

These Terms & Conditions apply whenever you use Xylo, its related site pages, and any optional service features.

By accessing or using Xylo, you accept these Terms and agree to follow them each time you use the Service.
You may use the Service only for lawful, personal photo-finishing purposes. Do not misuse the app, interfere with operations, or use the Service to process or distribute material that is illegal, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful.
You are responsible for the source photos, watermark text, logos, and other materials you choose to use in Xylo. You must have the rights and permissions needed to edit, save, and export that material.
Xylo may keep saved takes on the device so they can be reopened later. Exporting a finished image to Photos happens only when you choose that action. Removing a saved take from the app and deleting an exported copy from Photos are separate actions.
Some features may require an in-app purchase through Apple and the App Store. Diamonds and similar virtual goods are consumable digital items, are not redeemable for cash, and may be subject to final sale or non-refundable rules except where law requires otherwise. You are responsible for reviewing purchase details before checkout, and you should use the restore flow when eligible.
The Service, including software, design, branding, and original service materials, belongs to Xylo or its licensors. You keep ownership of the source photos and materials you provide, but only to the extent that you already have the necessary rights.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including editing tools, purchase handling, export flows, support surfaces, or related service pages.
The Service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, content accuracy, and specific results, and we limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms are published means you accept the revised version.
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
