Xylo needs photo-library access to open an existing image for editing and add-to-library access when you choose to export a finished result back to Photos.
Camera permission is only used when you choose to capture a new source photo inside the app instead of importing one from the library.
Saved takes are kept locally on the device so you can reopen a finished edit, review it, or export it later from the history flow.
Open a saved edit, review the result, and use the export action to write it to Photos. Xylo may use diamonds for export-related access, and an already unlocked album save can be exported again without repeating the unlock.
Give the balance a moment to refresh, use the restore flow if it is available for your purchase state, and contact support if the diamond total still does not update.
Xylo does not record or save audio for its editing workflow. If iOS shows a microphone prompt during a camera handoff, the app still only uses the image capture flow.
